People, young and old from
all over Australia enjoy ice skating. Thousands flock to ice
rinks across the country to escape the hot climate of Australia,
particularly during the summer months. Figure Skating is the
most geographically widespread winter sport in Australia.
Anyone can learn to skate by going to your
local rink and joining up with the Aussie Skate Program. This
is a national learn to skate program implemented by Ice Skating
Australia Incorporated to increase the growth of figure skating in
Australia. Rink contact details are available here. |
